Stop Violence Against Women

After Reading This You Will Be Shocked

Making Beautiful Women Pedia has been a long ongoing process, and during that time we have learned great many things about women from around the world.

Even though women are quite different from one part of the world to another there are few things that seem to be universal. Unfortunately, one of those things is the fact that violence against women is present in every country and every part of the world.

We have discovered some very disturbing facts which I would like to share with you in hope that you will join us in our efforts to raise the awareness of violence against women, and by doing so help hundreds of millions of women around the world.

Unites States Of America

  • Over 22 million women in the United States have been raped in their lifetime. (National Intimate Partner and Sexual Violence Survey 2010)

On a personal note:

I am a young, well educated, good looking woman and I have experienced more than few very unpleasant situations with men.

For example, one of my college professors tried to blackmail me into having sex with him for an “A” that I rightfully deserved. I was shocked and very angry at first which is why I told him to F-off! However, when I got home that day I couldn’t stop crying for hours.

I felt horrible and still do when I think about it despite the fact that nothing happened except his shameful proposition.

November 25th is the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women.

We are trying to come up with the best plan to raise the awareness that the violence against women is the problem of epidemic proportions.

This was really shocking and very sad to read. I experienced sexual harassment and still have lots of anger and pain bundled up inside me. I strongly believe that the first step is to start talking about it but it's so hard. I haven't told a living soul because I'm very ashamed and afraid. Also, I think that by brother and husband would break every bone in my boss's body and that would not do any good to anyone...

A man that hits and harasses a woman in any way is everything BUT a man!

I am not shocked, we know this for years, what bugs me most that the US got the biggest adult industry and boys think "oh that's cool".

R Prakash:

In India, in most of the cases, mothers-in-law and sisters-in-law are involved in domestic violence, physically or mentally torturing the daughters-in-law and treat them like slaves. Women's organizations should recruit volunteers and visit house holds and spread education on the matter and boost the morale of unfortunate daughters.

If statistics are this horrible in United States and Great Britain imagine what they are like in the rest of the world.

My boyfriend slapped me once, but I hit back!

Being from Boston my brother and I took care of our 3 sisters on our own terms. They were always protected and safe, believe me. Find some real men to go on the air waves making public announcements on violence against women in a Stearn manner. I think men should be more involved to help these cowards and their cowardly deeds.

God answers my prayers. I will pray that God sends 3 million angels to defend women and let them know He is there for them worldwide. I did not know things were so bad. Women should be loved not hurt. I will also be praying they accept being born again and the companionship of His spirit so they will see the better life He has for them. Thank you

Always remember that true beauty comes from within.
